The Next Generation of Business Leaders | RMIT University, 2014 RMIT Business Plan Competition finalists Ken Ping Tan and Perlin Chan have created Fish Sh-nack; a healthy snack brand that sells packaged air-fried food products, served with a wide range of innovative East-West fusion condiments.
An alternative to fat-laden chips, Fish Sh-nack’s resalable, convenient and transportable packaging will target on-the-go health conscious consumers – a growing phenomenon in Singapore.
